Plaza Healthcare offers a full range of rehabilitation services through Synertx Rehabilitation including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
 Our Physical Therapists work with our patients on a wide range of therapy needs. Whether the needs are basic strengthening or learning to regain physical function, our team is well prepared to meet the needs of our patients. Our Therapy gym is very large and offers a full array of equipment. |

 Our Occupational Therapists work with our patients whose condition requires upper body strengthening or improvement of fine motor skills. The Occupational Therapy room at Plaza Healthcare simulates the home environment, thus allowing patients to demonstrate if they are ready to return home and perform tasks of daily living. |
Plaza Healthcare has full time Speech Therapists to work with patients who need assessment of their swallowing capabilities, speech retraining following strokes and other catastrophic illnesses. In addition, the Therapists are fully trained in multiple treatment modalities including Vital Stim®
