DR. OMID DILMAGHANIAN

Medical Director

Dr. Omid Dilmaghanian, otherwise referred to as Dr. D, is the Medical Director at Plaza Healthcare. As the Medical Director, Dr. D is responsible for overseeing the physician-related services in caring for critically ill patients. He actively participates in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, Infection Control, and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) committees and is very involved in staff education and preadmission evaluations. Dr. D plays a major role in customer service and is influential in the marketing efforts of the facility. He was named the preferred network physician provider for Optum Care of Arizona, Mercy Care, Caremore, and Arizona Care Network (ACN). Dr. D has a doctorate in Medicine from the University of Wyoming: College of Health Sciences, a masters in Health Service Administration at the College of Maine, and is Board Certified in Family Practice. Prior to joining Plaza Healthcare in 2012, Dr. D worked as a staff physician at Cheyenne VA emergency department and Cheyenne Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic for over ten years. He was also a Chief resident at the University of Wyoming: College of Health Sciences. When Dr. D is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3-year-old daughter. He also enjoys skiing, scuba diving, and traveling.

DAVID STARRETT

Chief Executive Officer

David Starrett is the Chief Executive Officer at Plaza Healthcare. As the CEO, he is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the facility. He works closely with the management team to assure quality services are provided and regulatory compliance is met. David received his BS in Health Care Administration from Oregon State University in 1997.

Prior to joining Plaza Healthcare in 2007, David worked as a Regional Vice President for Life Care Centers of America. In all, he has 30 years of experience in the health care field. David is also actively involved in the Arizona Health Care Association participating in sub-committees and panel presentations. When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, working out, and playing golf.

KIM DELORENZO

Chief Clinical Officer

Kimberly DeLorenzo is the Chief Clinical Officer at Plaza Healthcare. She is responsible for administrative oversight of clinical care operations in line with the facility's strategic mission and vision. As a member of the Executive Team she works closely with operational leaders and managers to ensure excellence in clinical care and regulatory compliance. Kimberly graduated with a Bachelor's in Nursing in 1998 at Waynesburg University located in Pennsylvania.

With twenty five years of experience, Kimberly has a passion and desire to make a difference in healthcare. She has a focus on creating and improving healthcare systems, processes and policies for positive patient outcomes. She has a keen attention to detail and dedication to ensuring the best patient care within a healthcare system.

When Kimberly is not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children traveling and exploring new places.

KELLY DEIMLING

Director of Respiratory Services

Kelly Deimling is the Director of Respiratory Services at Plaza Healthcare. With

more than 35 years of experience in respiratory care and healthcare leadership, she is responsible for overseeing the Respiratory Services Department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. As a member of the leadership team, Kelly works closely with clinical and operational leaders to support excellence in patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Throughout her career, Kelly has served in a variety of clinical and leadership

roles across multiple healthcare settings. Her passion for respiratory care,

commitment to teamwork, and dedication to supporting both patients and staff have

been the foundation of her professional success.

Kelly believes in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement while empowering her team to provide exceptional care to every patient they serve.

When Kelly is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family,

traveling, cooking, listening to music, and exploring new experiences.

Joseph Abbott

Infection Preventionist

Joseph Abbott is the Infection Preventionist at Plaza Healthcare. He is responsible for the management and surveillance of healthcare acquired and community acquired infections within Plaza Healthcare. He works closely with the Clinical Team to prevent the spread of infection and ensures proper infection prevention measures are followed. Joseph completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2020.

Joseph has had a variety of experiences at Plaza Healthcare as a charge nurse, wound nurse, lead wound nurse, nursing supervisor, and Infection preventionist. Joseph is dedicated to providing empathy driven care to all patients, with the goal of treating others how he would want his loved ones treated.

When Joseph is not working, he likes working out, traveling with friends, and most importantly spending time with his better half.

JESSICA RIVERA

Director of Business Development

Jessica Rivera is the Director of Business Development. Jessica received her BS in Nutrition & Sport Science from the University of Idaho in 2008. In 2021 she received her Nursing home Administrators License.

Prior to joining Plaza Healthcare in 2016, Jessica worked as a Rehab Technician at Barrows Neurological Institute. She has held multiple positions at Plaza as the RNA Coordinator, Assistant Administrator and most recently the Director of Business Development.

When Jessica is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, working out, hiking, and watching the Cardinals play football.

JASMINE DAVIS

Director of Social Services

Jasmine Davis is the Director of Social Services at Plaza Healthcare, where she advocates for the psychosocial well-being of residents and their families. She holds a B.S. in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work from Grand Canyon University and a Master’s in Community Organizing and Social Activism from the National University of Natural Medicine.

Before joining Plaza Healthcare, Jasmine served as an investigator for Child Protective Services and spent over a decade working with adults with special needs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, attending comedy shows, and spending time with her dog and cats.

RENAE CAMPBELL

Director of Case Management

Renae Campbell is the Director of Case Management at Plaza Healthcare. She is responsible for complying with regulatory payer requirements, ensuring safe and effective discharges, and transitioning patients to the appropriate level of care. In addition, she is responsible for the coordination and utilization of healthcare resources. Case management addresses barriers to care, including psychosocial and financial challenges. She received her BSN in nursing from Grand Canyon University and is a certified case manager CCM.

Prior to joining Plaza Healthcare in 2025, Renae worked at Banner University Medical Center in the liver kidney transplant unit and then transitioned to Honor Health Shea Hospital in the post surgical cardiac unit. Renae wanted to expand her experience and began working in case management for the past 3 years.

When Renae is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs. She enjoys water sports and anything active outside.
