Tracey Schartz
Director of Respiratory Services
Tracey Schartz is the Director of Respiratory Care Services at Plaza Healthcare. Her experience in respiratory care began in 2002 where she managed acute care patient's in level one trauma facilities around the valley. In addition to managing ventilator patients, she was also responsible for placing invasive vascular devices on the respiratory lines team and achieved board certification through the VA-BC. In 2017, she took a faculty position as Program Director for Gateway Community Colleges Respiratory Care Department. After completing eight wonderful years teaching and preparing students for the respiratory field, she decided to step back into a clinical setting. Having previously placed students at Plaza Healthcare for their clinical rotations, she knew that this was a facility she could both respect and continue to grow her leadership skills.
When Tracey is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, reading and going to the gym.

Joseph Abbott
Infection Preventionist
Joseph Abbott is the Infection Preventionist at Plaza Healthcare. He is responsible for the management and surveillance of healthcare acquired and community acquired infections within Plaza Healthcare. He works closely with the Clinical Team to prevent the spread of infection and ensures proper infection prevention measures are followed. Joseph completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2020.
Joseph has had a variety of experiences at Plaza Healthcare as a charge nurse, wound nurse, lead wound nurse, nursing supervisor, and Infection preventionist. Joseph is dedicated to providing empathy driven care to all patients, with the goal of treating others how he would want his loved ones treated.
When Joseph is not working, he likes working out, traveling with friends, and most importantly spending time with his better half.

JESSICA RIVERA
Director of Business Development
Jessica Rivera is the Director of Business Development. Jessica received her BS in Nutrition & Sport Science from the University of Idaho in 2008. In 2021 she received her Nursing home Administrators License.
Prior to joining Plaza Healthcare in 2016, Jessica worked as a Rehab Technician at Barrows Neurological Institute. She has held multiple positions at Plaza as the RNA Coordinator, Assistant Administrator and most recently the Director of Business Development.
When Jessica is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, working out, hiking, and watching the Cardinals play football.

JASMINE DAVIS
Director of Social Services
Jasmine Davis is the Director of Social Services at Plaza Healthcare, where she advocates for the psychosocial well-being of residents and their families. She holds a B.S. in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work from Grand Canyon University and a Master’s in Community Organizing and Social Activism from the National University of Natural Medicine.
Before joining Plaza Healthcare, Jasmine served as an investigator for Child Protective Services and spent over a decade working with adults with special needs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, attending comedy shows, and spending time with her dog and cats.

RENAE CAMPBELL
Director of Case Management
Renae Campbell is the Director of Case Management at Plaza Healthcare. She is responsible for complying with regulatory payer requirements, ensuring safe and effective discharges, and transitioning patients to the appropriate level of care. In addition, she is responsible for the coordination and utilization of healthcare resources. Case management addresses barriers to care, including psychosocial and financial challenges. She received her BSN in nursing from Grand Canyon University and is a certified case manager CCM.
Prior to joining Plaza Healthcare in 2025, Renae worked at Banner University Medical Center in the liver kidney transplant unit and then transitioned to Honor Health Shea Hospital in the post surgical cardiac unit. Renae wanted to expand her experience and began working in case management for the past 3 years.
When Renae is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs. She enjoys water sports and anything active outside.
