Appreciation is intertwined in everything achieved at Plaza Healthcare. Whether it is the celebration line residents discharging home go through to a simple thank you from a co-worker. It is the culture of respect, dignity, pride, compassion and teamwork which sets Plaza Healthcare apart from most other employers. This culture extends beyond the staff, to the residents, their loved ones, and the community itself to which we serve. It is simply doing what is right.

For Special Events

The two biggest appreciation events at Plaza Healthcare are the Holiday Party and Plaza Week.

The Holiday Party is a feast of food for every staff member and their family, and each and every employee receives a gift from under the tree.

Plaza Week takes the place of Nursing Home Week and is a weeklong celebration of our employees, with daily raffles and activities. It culminates at the end of the week with a huge BBQ and Carnival; complete with dunk tanks, pie throwing, 60” television giveaways, and the ever popular money grab machine.

For No Reason

At Plaza Healthcare, appreciation does not have to be tied to an event, so often time’s employees come to work and are treated to pizza, food trucks, a roaming ice cream sundae or candy cart, and countless other goodies.
