PLAZA CELEBRATES IT'S DEFICIENCY FREE SURVEY

On August 12, 2016, Plaza Healthcare Staff celebrated their Deficiency Free, Annual DHS Survey. The day started with a food truck handing out free waffles to the night shift and incoming day staff. Festivities continued throughout the day with another food truck providing lunch for the entire building, giveaways of Beats headphones, IPads, and a 55" Television and the ever popular money cube. All staff had 20 seconds to grab as much cash and prizes as they could. Some staff grabbed vacation time, free lunches, fitness watches, and $100 bills. Overall it was a great day, for a tremendous staff, who deserved to be appreciated for an amazing job not just during the survey, but throughout the year. Congratulations.

Newsweek has produced their inaugural list of Best Nursing Homes 2020 and Plaza Healthcare is ranked as the #1 Nursing Home in Arizona.

The ranking is live on the Newsweek website https://www.newsweek.com/best-nursing-homes-2020 and the Top 5 performers in each state is included in the print edition of the magazine published on October 18, 2019.
